daily exercise

So I have decided that I need to get my lazy bum out of bed in the mornings and exercise. Since it's getting colder I can't really run outside aka I don't like running in the cold and neither does my asthma. So I was on Pinterest one day and decided to make a "getting fit/motivation" pin board. It's been fun to look up different exercise routines, quotes, and I have also found some really good protein smoothie recipes. But I finally found a perfect daily exercise routine that I can do every morning before I get ready for work:



So tomorrow will be my first day starting this exercise routine. I am actually really excited to start doing this and getting up and doing this before work. I think it will help me a lot, and also help me loose a few pounds. I'm going to start drinking more water while I am at work, and drink a protein shake before work instead of skipping breakfast all together. I may invest into one of these beauties: 


The Oster My Personal Blender. We don't really have a blender at all so this would be easy to just take on the go. I have the "blender bottles" but those I can't really add fruit in them, all I can use those for is just the protein powder. 
It's time for me to take care of my body, and to get back in shape. I'm excited to do this and I am sure I will blog about this along the way, maybe it will help me to start blogging more!
