I'm on my way


No body likes to stand on these right? Right. But lately it's been a daily occurrence for me to stand on one. About a month or two ago I started to notice this unwanted "chub" on my stomach. I finally got to the point where I knew it was going to get worse if I didn't do something about it. So, I made up my mind and I decided I needed to loose weight. I have joined this website called myfitnesspal.com. It is an awesome website, it helps you design your own plan with how you want to loose weight, tracks your calories, and your exercise. It is wonderful.
My plan is to loose 1 pound a week. When I started last week (4/11/2011) my weight was 148.8, as of today it is now 147.2. My ideal weight is 130, but around 135 will be just fine with me, that is about what I weighed when Nick and I were first married and engaged. 
Changing my diet and exercising more has made a huge difference. And I know if I keep on the same track I can reach my goal. I have even cut back on my diet coke, now that's dedication right there ;)
